Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on March 11, 2022 found that Hospice of the Sacred Heart had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on January 13, 2022,
